Party like a Rock Star

Being a blonde means that my problem solving abilities are pretty much non-existent. So here was my problem: today I needed on outfit for the Noel Gallagher concert that I'm going to tonight, but this outfit also needed to be comfortable and indestructible enough to wear while watching two babies all day long. Oh and it needed to be worthy of my final boot camp post.

Here's what I came up with.

shirt - TJMaxx, shorts - TJMaxx, cami - DownEast, leggings - Target

Yes, yes, I know you can't see my boots. I figured after 30 days you all know what my boots look like, right?

I wanted something sparkly for the concert but as I searched for an outfit I discovered that sparkly = hooker. Umm...no thanks! Anyway, I found these shorts and shirt on the clearance rack at TJMaxx. I've been sort of obsessed with owl stuff lately and I liked that it was just a little bit sparkly. But I very nearly passed it up because the cut was hideous, it was as big as a tent and it was longer in the back than it was in the front. Not flattering at all. But after trying it on I totally sold on the cute little owl. I figured I could take it in, but this week has been crazy and I ran out of time. So I ended up just tying a knot in the back. Now, after I spend the next ten hours wiping up all the poop, pee, slobber, and spit-up that two babies produce, I will be ready to party like a rock star.

Seriously, it was huge.

But apparently this what happens when I try to do two things at once, i.e. smile and jump.
