Splash Pad Review: Springville Civic Center

Yay! It's Friday! Splash pad day! You must be so excited, I know.

I'm just going to go ahead and say it, the Springville splash pad is my favorite. It has been all summer. I think part of the reason I even started this little splash pad project was because I wanted to make sure that there wasn't a better one out there. What can I say, I'm a fickle splash padder. Thus far I haven't found one that tops this one, though I still have a few more on my list that I need to visit. It has everything: a waterfall, a lazy river, rocks to climb on, fountains, shade, and heck it's built right next to a police station so there aren't any creepers lurking here. An added bonus are the bronze(?) sculptures dotted throughout the splash pad, because Springville obviously takes it's self-appointed designation as Art City, USA very seriously. My only beef with this splash pad is that it can be very crowded, but I suppose that it to be expected since it is pretty great.

  1. I love going to splash pads with my kids, great place to have fun with little ones, I also have a blog dedicated to aqua parks, this is my most recent post water play equipment, for those who are interested in details. :)
