A few more

It's approximately 136 degrees in my house right now. I'm sweating and my braincells are melting en masse. And it's not like I have that many braincells to spare in the first place. Seriously, I've been sitting here staring at my computer screen for at least 10 minutes trying to think of something, anything to write. No amount of caffeine or Pinterest surfing seems to be helping either. So I'll just keep this one short and leave you with a few more pics of some of our outings last week.

 Shopping at the Traverse Outlets
This picture was taken in the Coach store. Right before Shye knocked over a mannequin. #momfail
Shye got stuck in the door sensors at one of the stores. What a fabulous photo op, right?  #momfailagain

City Creek Mall
One of Shye's favorite activities of late is to throw rocks into water. She was very disappointed (threw quite the fit too) when we wouldn't let her throw rocks into the City Creek.
Kneaders! And I love how Shye will pose with me for a selfie now. Life just got a little easier.
After a few meltdowns and a few sneaky attempts to heft boulder-sized rocks into the creek we were able to distract her by letting her throw pennies into the water. Grammy wasn't producing pennies fast enough so Shye just helped herself to Grammy's wallet.
And I guess bookstores aren't fun for toddlers.

Hang Time trampoline park. Again.
We had so much fun at the trampoline park that we had to go again.
Who am I to pass up another opportunity to look like a fool?
Shye had fun jumping too but she gets more air this way.

Until next time folks. That is if any of my braincells manage to survive this heat wave.

BTW, we went to a trampoline park the other day and I got totally stuck in the foam pit. TWICE. I hate that thing. It's evil.
