My friend Karen over here had this little blog award thing going on.
Basically, out of literally THOUSANDS of blogs I got nominated for not just one but TWO categories:
Funniest Post
Favorite "Other" Blog
I ended up getting booted out of the final round for the Funniest Post and that honor went to The Bloggess' post "Knock, Knock, Bleepity-Bleep", which I must admit was THE most heeelarious post of all time. So, no hard feelings there. But I did win for Favorite "Other" Blog! Which pretty much means people have no idea what my blog is really about but they kinda like it. :)
So without further ado, I would like to thank Karen for running this amazing award, um, thingy.
I would like to thank all my friends, family, fretends, and frenemies for voting for me. I promise that when I am the Oprah of the blogging world you will all get new cars.
I would like to thank my husband who watches our baby while I do what he calls my "bloggy stuff".
I would like to thank my therapist and my probation officer, the two people who always believed in me.
And finally, I would like to thank my daughter for not pooping on me while I wrote this acceptance speech.
