My top 10 of 2010

2010 was one heck of a year.
I know lots of my friends would agree with me in saying goodbye and good riddance to 2010.
But it wasn't all bad.
In fact, there were a lot of good times too.
Here are some of my favorites of 2010.
I got a sewing machine for my birthday and I actually made a skirt.
And wore it in public.
Scary, I know.
My birthday bash at Cafe Rio.
Well, technically it was a birthday bash for me and Marly.
But hey, we April babies are the best.

Bowling night with Marly and Rachel.
The hubbies were there but we didn't take pictures of them because they don't count.

Eclipse at the over 21 theater.
Thank goodness for theaters that cater to people who drink at 11am in the morning.

Ice skating with Marly and Rachel.
I LOVE ice skating.
I mean, I was practically an Olympic figure skater back in the day.
Not that you would know it now.

I threw a green party for St. Patty's day.
The only thing we were missing was the green beer.
Erin was supposed to bring it but we forgave her because she had car problems.

Love my book club girls!

Ok, so having surgery for endometriosis definitely wasn't one of the highlights of the year.
But the flowers that my work sent me were sooo pretty.
And I got almost a whole week off work to just lay around and recover!

I chopped off all my hair.
It was a BIG deal.
I'm still not fully recovered.

And last but definitely not least,
Brian graduating with his masters degree.
I was so proud of him.
And me.
But mostly of him. :)

Anyway, I'm looking forward to 2011!

  1. Hmmm...I seem to be missing from a lot of your pictures. That's weird. ;-)

2010 was a pretty darned good year, my friend. I'm glad I've gotten to know you this year and I hope for lots more fun memories in 2011!
