Visit a splash pad.
Notice that all the other children are wearing swimsuits and just stand there feeling strangely overdressed.
Pick the smallest fountain to play in...for starters anyway.
Work your way up to the bigger fountains.
Throw caution to the wind and go all the way in. There's nothing like being soaked from head to toe.
